in a small holiday residence ( 13 flats on 7500m² of land), you will be welcomed by the owners. They will be available throughout your stay to share their knowledge of the region with you.

The residence is the ideal starting point for many activities: You will not have to cross an urban centre (so no traffic) to get to the magnificent beaches (a dozen beaches within 10km), walks, rivers, villages, the wine and craft route....

The residence offers many services included in our rates :

household linen (bed sheets, towels, tea towels).
cleaning at the end of your stay.

outdoor heated swimming pool of 12 by 6 metres.
reception of 110 m² with computer, printer, touch screen with tourist information .

You will be able to enjoy access to an Acquavital wellness centre with a 120 m² cardio-training gym, and numerous fitness classes at preferential rates (6 euros day pass).

The mini-villa is very pleasant: south-facing, in a quiet area of the residence with a terrace protected by the Bignone pergola. The garden is very well kept with lawn, flowers and barbecue.

The mini-villa is air-conditioned and equipped with a flat screen TV. The bed is a 140 cm bed with a 25 cms mattress epéda starlight pocket springs**** of excellent quality.

The equipment is very complete: dishwasher, refrigerator with freezing section, 4 gas rings, traditional oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, crockery and many kitchen utensils.

Two tea towels and a "grocer's stock" (salt, pepper, oil, liquid soap, dish soap) is at your disposal.
