It is a holiday home of 30 m2 air-conditioned, independent (a party wall) without opposite. It has a separate air-conditioned bedroom and a bz sofa bed in the living room. The 160cm bed is of superior quality (25cm starlight epéda mattress with pocket springs ****).

The house can accommodate up to 4 people.

The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped: traditional oven, microwave oven, gas hob, extractor hoods, fridge with freezing compartment, toaster dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, many kitchen utensils. A washing machine with free access is available 30 metres from the house.

Children are welcome and we provide umbrella beds, baby chairs and baby bathtub free of charge.

You can enjoy a large private garden with trees, flowers, very well-kept (lawn), deckchairs, terrace with plant pergola and barbecue, ideal to enjoy your holidays in the open air.

Situated within a small family holiday residence of thirteen flats "Acquavital" 5km from the centre of Calvi, 3 kms from beautiful sandy beaches.

The situation is ideal to visit Calvi and the Balagne, one of the most beautiful region of Corsica. You won't need to cross an urban centre to enjoy the majority of the centres of interest (so almost no traffic!).

The atmosphere is calm and family friendly.

You will benefit from a wide range of on-site services:

-access to the outdoor swimming pool (5m by 12m), heated to 28° (from 1st April to 1st November)

-household linen (sheets and towels, the beds will be made on your arrival)
